Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROCESS
From the time your order is placed, 1-3 business days are required to process your order, no matter the shipping option selected during checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not ship orders on the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to completely process.
Ex: (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Thursday or Friday).
You will receive a confirmation via e-mail and/or SMS with your tracking link once your order has shipped. Express shipping options (if available) and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or front door of the address provided; however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is secure being left in an open environment.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail and/or SMS a few minutes after your order has been placed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and/or text message once your order has shipped. This message will include your tracking number information and a link to receive updates on your order.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or parcel delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting Noir D’or® Aromatics.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees associated with your local Customs Authority. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Noir D’or® Aromatics, and thus are not refundable. NDA ships international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our NDA website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive their parcel(s). As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from an outside country.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; consequently, there is a very small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@noirdorfragrances.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we are not able to guarantee that we will be able to make any changes due to varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
RETURNS
By placing an order at Noir D’or® Aromatics, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Noir D’or® Aromatics. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your item(s).
