Return Policy

By placing an order at noirdoraromatics.com, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.

Noir D’or® Aromatics will accept all returns for store credit and/or exchange orders placed in the continental U.S. We are currently unable to offer returns/exchanges on orders placed outside of the United States due to strict international shipping regulations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: With certain exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit ONLY in the form of a Noir D’or® Aromatics E-Gift Card. Noir D’or® Aromatics does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

  • We are unable to offer returns and/or exchanges on orders outside the continental United States at this time. Due to international shipping regulations, consumers are unable to send fragrances abroad. Our Return Policy is only applicable for orders placed within the continental United States.
  • If applicable, only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items (items purchased using a promotion or discount code) are considered FINAL.
  • Sale items are still applicable for exchanges/returns for store credit.
  • Returned fragrances must be unused and sealed. Due to current safety precautions, once opened or used we will be unable to process a money-back return. 
  • The cost of the original shipping and payment processing fees for your order(s)/package(s) will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date stated by USPS/UPS tracking number for money-back returns, if applicable.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Fragrance(s) must contain at least 95% or more of the original liquid and be in the original packaging (Box Must Be Intact) 
  • Noir D’or® Aromatics is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 
  • Our Refund Return Policy is not applicable to samples/testers, and/or sale/discounted items (using discount/promotion code) in any quantity. No exceptions will be made. A $5.00 restocking fee “per bottle” will be deducted from money back returns as well.

If you are unsure on whether your fragrance(s) is/are eligible for return, please send a photo of your fragrance(s) as well as your order number to us at info@noirdoraromatics.com to receive the next steps on the eligibility of your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund in a reasonable time, please check your bank account or credit card statement thoroughly.

Secondly, contact your bank or credit card company regarding refunds. There is often processing time before your refund is officially posted back to the original method of payment.

Shipping Returned Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, only the (subtotal cost) for the products you originally ordered will be refunded. The original cost of shipping will be deducted on “Free Shipping” offered orders as well.

Depending on where you live in the continental U.S., the total time for your exchanged product(s) varies in delivery time.

If you are shipping items over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Please note that by ordering an item from our store, you are agreeing to our return policy, privacy policy, and the rest of our terms and conditions. 

Returns back to original payment methods may take 5-10 business days. Our restocking fee of $5.00 per item also applies with returns back to original payment methods.
